Evolua was shaped by my experience advising leaders through complex people decisions — moments where timing, language, and judgment matter more than policy alone. Having worked extensively across the U.S., Brazil, and other international environments, I’ve seen firsthand how cultural context and communication can fundamentally change outcomes. 


I work fluently in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, which has allowed me to support leaders navigating sensitive situations across borders with greater clarity and precision. 

How I Approach People Decisions

In my experience, most employee situations escalate not because leaders lack care — but because they lack clarity.


Small shifts in timing, documentation, or communication can dramatically change outcomes. My approach has always focused on helping leaders slow down, assess risk early, and act deliberately rather than reactively.
