Evolua HR Hub provides educational HR, communication, and career-development guidance. Nothing provided constitutes legal, compliance, or medical advice. Users should consult qualified professionals before making employment or legal decisions.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction to use our Services.

4. User Accounts

If you create an account or sign in through third-party tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google), you are responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality.

All site content, AI prompts, logos, text, images, and software are owned by Evolua HR Hub or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute materials without written consent.

You are responsible for any content or data you input into the Services. You agree not to upload unlawful, discriminatory, or confidential employee information. We may suspend access for misuse.

Our AI functionality is powered by OpenAI’s ChatGPT and may link to other third-party sites. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimers of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”Evolua HR Hub disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evolua HR Hub, its owner, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the Services. 

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evolua HR Hub and Leonard Pinto from claims arising out of your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice for any reason, including misuse or non-payment once paid tiers launch.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
